Handling of Personal Information

1. Safe Management of Personal Information

The Company shall implement appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical measures for the protection of personal information, and shall take necessary and appropriate actions to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by the Company and to otherwise ensure the safe management of such personal information.

2. Compliance Regarding the Acquisition and Use of Personal Information

The Company shall comply with the following matters regarding the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.

1. Acquisition of Personal Information
   The Company shall receive customers' personal information within the scope of its business activities and register such information in the Company's computer systems. Except for publicly available information, the Company shall acquire personal information by lawful and fair means, and shall not obtain or use personal information from third parties without the customer's consent.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
   The Company shall not use personal information acquired by the Company beyond the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth below, except as required by law or with the consent of the individual concerned.
   1. To provide and operate the Company's services
   2. To respond to inquiries from users (including verifying the identity of the user)
   3. To send emails regarding new features, updates, campaigns, and other information about the services users are using, as well as information about other services provided by the Company
   4. To contact users as necessary regarding maintenance, important notices, and other matters
   5. To identify users who violate the terms of use or attempt to use the services for fraudulent or improper purposes, and to refuse their use of the services
   6. To allow users to view, change, or delete their registered information and to view their usage status
   7. To charge users for paid services
   8. For purposes incidental to the above purposes of use
3. Provision of Personal Information, etc.
   The Company shall not provide personal information acquired based on the individual's consent to any third party without the prior consent of the individual, except as provided by law. In addition, with regard to requests by the individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or notification of the purpose of use of personal information, the Company shall respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and shall appropriately handle opinions and consultations.

3. Changes to the Purpose of Use

In principle, the Company shall not change the purposes of use specified in the preceding article without obtaining the prior consent of the individual. However, this shall not apply in cases where the Company publicly announces the changed purpose of use in advance and the change is reasonably recognized to be relevant to the original purpose of use.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to a third party. In such cases, the Company shall sufficiently examine the eligibility of the contractor and exercise necessary and appropriate supervision over the contractor to ensure the safe management of the personal information entrusted to it.

5. Improvement and Review of the Handling of Personal Information

The Company shall inspect the handling of personal information, its management systems, and related initiatives, and shall continuously improve and review them.

6. Deletion and Disposal of Personal Information

When personal information is no longer necessary in light of the purpose of use, the Company shall delete or dispose of such personal information, and such deletion or disposal shall be carried out by necessary and appropriate methods to prevent risks such as external leakage, to the extent necessary for the performance of business operations.
