SunSunHouse Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the services provided on this website (hereinafter referred to as “the Services”).

Article 5 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

    However, this does not apply where permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other laws and regulations.

    1. When necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property and obtaining consent is difficult
    2. When particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the sound growth of children and obtaining consent is difficult
    3. When cooperation is necessary with national institutions, local governments, or their entrusted parties in executing affairs stipulated by law, and obtaining consent may hinder execution
    4. When the following matters have been announced or published in advance, and the Company has reported to the Personal Information Protection Commission:
      • Inclusion of third-party provision in the purpose of use
      • Items of data provided to third parties
      • Means or methods of providing to third parties
      • The fact that provision to third parties will be stopped upon request of the individual
      • Methods of accepting such requests
  2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in the following cases, the recipient of the information shall not be considered a third party:

    1. When the Company outsources handling of personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
    2. When personal information is provided due to business succession by merger or other reasons
    3. When personal information is used jointly with a specific party, and the details (items of information, scope of joint users, purpose of use, and name of responsible party) are notified to the individual or made easily accessible

Article 6 (Disclosure of Personal Information)

  1. Upon request from the individual, the Company shall disclose personal information without delay. However, the Company may not disclose all or part of the information if disclosure falls under any of the following, and in such case will notify the individual without delay. A fee of 1,000 yen per request will be charged.

    3. If it would violate other laws or regulations
  2. Notwithstanding the preceding clause, information other than personal information, such as history and characteristic information, will not, in principle, be disclosed.

Article 7 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information)

  1. If a user finds that their personal information held by the Company is incorrect, they may request correction, addition, or deletion (hereinafter referred to as “Correction”) according to the procedures set by the Company.
  2. If the Company determines it is necessary to comply with such a request, it shall promptly conduct the Correction.
  3. If the Company performs a Correction or decides not to do so, it will promptly notify the user.

Article 8 (Suspension of Use of Personal Information)

  1. If requested by the individual to suspend or delete (hereinafter “Suspension of Use”) the use of their personal information due to reasons such as handling beyond the stated purpose or unlawful acquisition, the Company will promptly investigate.
  2. Based on the investigation, if deemed necessary, the Company will promptly carry out Suspension of Use.
  3. The Company will promptly notify the user if it has carried out or decided not to carry out Suspension of Use.
  4. Notwithstanding the above, if Suspension of Use requires excessive cost or is otherwise difficult, and alternative measures can protect the user’s rights and interests, the Company will take such alternative measures.

Article 9 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

  1. Except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy, the Company may change the contents of this Policy without notifying users.
  2. Unless otherwise specified by the Company, the revised Privacy Policy will take effect when posted on this website.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the content published on this website. While we strive to provide accurate information, we do not guarantee accuracy or safety. The Company is also not responsible for information or services provided by linked external websites.
