- Please make payment by the date designated by the Company after submitting the purchase application form (in principle, within 7 days from the contract date).
- Timing of Delivery of the Property
- After confirmation of payment and execution of the building real estate sale and purchase agreement, the ownership transfer registration procedure will be carried out, and delivery shall be deemed completed upon completion of the registration.
*Until registration is completed, it usually takes about 2 weeks to 1 month after the end of the sales period designated by the Company.
- Application Validity Period
- The payment deadline shall be 10 days from the date of application. If payment cannot be confirmed within the deadline, the application shall be deemed cancelled.
- Returns and Exchanges
- As this product involves a real estate transaction, there is no “return” as in ordinary sales of goods.
However, with respect to liability for contract non-conformity under the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act and other applicable laws, such matters shall be governed in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.
- Cooling-Off
- In accordance with the provisions of the Building Lots and Buildings Transaction Business Act, if the purchase application is made at a location other than an office, etc., and certain requirements are met, the contract may be cancelled (cooling-off) within 8 days from the date of receipt of the written document.
*In cases such as transactions between corporations (BtoB), this may be excluded from application. Please check the contract for details.
- Mid-Term Cancellation / Buyback Clause
- The customer (Owner) may, pursuant to Article 6 of the Terms of Use, request cancellation of the contract and buyback by the Company under the following conditions.
[Notice of Cancellation] Written notice must be given no later than 3 months prior to the desired cancellation date.
